New publication by Araz Rezavand Hesari

Congratulations to Araz Rezavand Hesari who published a first paper as part of his doctoral research project under the supervision of Yvan Maciel. The paper presents the development of an innovative method for measuring the velocity fields in the inter-blade channels of the Tr-Francis turbine runner. The experimental configuration allows the generation of an illuminated sheet at the runner’s entrance through an instrumented guide vane using an endoscope designed to support high laser power. Araz is completing a new publication dealing with the analysis of his no-load velocity fields.
